Job summary

Maverik, Inc. is hiring for a supervisory teammate at one of our 24/7 stores in New Mexico. You will lead by example, assist in training and supervising Team Members, and help maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer service during flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior supervisory experience is preferred and ServeSafe certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ supervisory experience (preferred).
• ServeSafe Certification required or willing to obtain.
• 21+ to apply.
• Flexible schedule for 24/7 store operations.

• Lead by example and oversee Team Members.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
