Job summary

Maverik, Inc. in Alamogordo, NM is seeking a shift supervisor to lead Team Members in a busy 24/7 store. You will model excellence, oversee daily tasks, and ensure a safe, efficient store environment while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work nights, weekends, or holidays. 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred, and ServeSafe certification is required or may be obtained.

Starting pay: $18.47/hr - $20.47/hr.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work safely with equipment that generates and maintains high temperatures, while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
