Responsibilities

• Brand: supervise and guide associates to deliver an exceptional client experience while achieving KPIs and upholding brand standards.
• People: train, develop and coach team members, recruit when needed, and maintain positive associate relations.
• Operations: ensure execution of processes, leverage Omni-channel and digital strategies.
• Inventory/payroll: manage stock, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: maintain safe store environment and protect assets; follow procedures.
