Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Strategy: Support Store Manager to forecast, plan and implement category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create an inclusive, high-energy environment that meets Coach Service standards; resolve customer issues promptly.
• Lead & Develop Talent: Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: Support virtual shopping, clienteling, and data acquisition; leverage social media trends.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual standards; maintain store safety.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Share insights with district and corporate teams to drive cross-functional projects.
