You will forecast and implement category initiatives, recruit and coach the team, and collaborate with district and corporate teams on market strategies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership in retail or service; luxury background preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; omni-channel familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals through forecasting, planning, and category initiatives.
• Deliver an inclusive, high-energy service environment meeting Coach standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach team members while building a talent pipeline.
• Support omni-channel and digital engagement including clienteling.
• Ensure operational excellence with policies, scheduling, payroll, HR, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
