Job summary

Coach is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and team development. You lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upholding Coach's service standards.

You will recruit, onboard, and coach team members; support omni-channel initiatives, clienteling, and data-driven selling; ensure store safety, payroll, and visual standards; and collaborate with leadership to shape store

Qualifications

1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury/fashion background preferred.
Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Strategy: support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting and planning.
