Panda Express is seeking a store-level Assistant Manager to oversee operations of a single location and drive exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll lead hiring, coaching and directing of associates toward financial goals while delivering a strong service standard. A three-week-plus leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
