Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations at one location. You will hire, motivate and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, while participating in a multi-week leadership training program.

We provide 3+ weeks of leadership training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally within a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Flexible to work in a store within 50 miles of the location.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, supervise and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Support the store leadership training program and participate in mentorship activities.
