Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee the operation of a single store and guide a team toward financial goals and outstanding guest experiences. You will lead hiring, training, and daily supervision while participating in a three-week leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership at the store level and ensure consistent implementation of Panda Express standards.
