Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to help run a single location and drive store performance. You will hire, guide, and supervise associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in and support a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and operational standards.
• Contribute to store success through leadership and hands-on coaching.
