Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and drive store success through leadership training and coaching.
• Participate in leadership development and store management training programs.
