Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operation of a Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success. You’ll join a supportive Panda community, with ongoing leadership development, career growth opportunities, and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and train team members through the 3+ weeks leadership training program.
• Ensure store standards and guest service quality are maintained.
