You will hire, supervise, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, while undergoing a multi-week leadership training program designed to set you up for success.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to meet goals and guest experience targets.
• Support financial performance and guest satisfaction through effective store management.
• Complete a three-plus week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
