Job summary

DTLR, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, manage expenses and inventory, and lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will recruit and develop staff, enforce company policies, monitor shrink, and ensure safety and merchandising standards across shifts, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. This full‑time role pays $19.37–$21.37 per hour; eligible for a 401K, medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store staff quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of store personnel.
• Assist with performance evaluations and feedback.
• Support expense management and budgeting strategies.
