Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in San Leandro, CA to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, customer service, and store operations. You will coach team members, assist in recruiting and training, and help lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will support scheduling, staffing, and execution of brand programs while maintaining operational excellence and an inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems and POS platforms.
• Standing/walking for long periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to coach and develop store team.
