Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
• Preferred: experience as Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager.
• Preferred: experience in fast-paced or high-volume retail environment.
• Interest in pursuing long-term career growth in retail leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions for customers.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Move with purpose, keep the store organized and customer ready.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Take an owner/operator mindset by addressing issues and maintaining standards.
• Leverage retail technology to enhance the customer experience and store efficiency.
