Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Buda, TX to oversee sales, service, and operations at the location. You will lead a team to achieve sales targets, ensure customer experience excellence, and manage inventory and store standards.

The role requires proven retail store management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive performance while coordinating with district leadership. Excellent communication and flexible hours are needed for success.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak fluent English.
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales).
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Launch new products, services, or processes with District Manager involvement.
• Ensure staff are trained on new products and promotions to sell confidently.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in internal investigations.
• Support on the sales floor for coaching and development.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store atmosphere.
• Adhere to back-office compliance and policies.
• Respond promptly to communications.
• Complete required training timely.
