• 3+ years Retail Management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection and brand ambassadorship.
• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent, and in training.
• Delivers world-class, in-person training to team members and coordinates with HQ.
• Oversees visual merchandising to uphold brand standards and product presentation.
• Upholds store operations, shipments, restock standards and loss prevention practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies and drive a consistent store experience.
