The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) / Assistant Manager in Murfreesboro, TN to drive sales, lead a team, and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and operational duties, recruit and train teammates, and stand in for the Store Manager as needed. Responsibilities include coaching staff, leading presentations, maintaining visual standards, and executing store processes while delivering legendary customer service.
