Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead teams, and deliver excellent project execution across multiple locations. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach team members, ensure safety, and uphold standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers growth opportunities, a collaborative culture, and a requirement for travel within the defined territory to Lancaster, Westerville, Grove City, and Reynoldsburg.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned.
• Depending on the specific position, a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and a DMV check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
• Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Build positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.
• Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe work practices and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Utilize company technology and reporting systems to support daily operations and project execution.
