Serv-U-Success is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to energize store operations, coach teams, and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive execution, leadership, and safety across a busy retail environment.

This hands-on role offers growth in a people-first culture, with opportunities to lead projects, support merchandising and daily tasks, and expand leadership capabilities while serving the local and regional stores.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel between locations in local pod and wider region.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, merchandising, resets, remodels, and projects.
• Lead shifts and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train and motivate team members to meet standards.
• Monitor progress to ensure work on schedule.
• Build relationships with customers, leadership, and staff.
• Promote safety and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Use company technology and reporting systems to support daily ops.
