Serv-U-Success is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Indiana to support daily store operations and lead teams toward exceptional store execution. You will partner with the Store Manager to coach team members, ensure safety, and drive customer-focused initiatives across shifts.

This full-time role offers early morning hours, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and hands-on leadership development within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned, both in the local pod and the wider region

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
• Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Build positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.
• Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe work practices and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Utilize company technology and reporting systems to support daily operations and project execution
