• Manage shrink and gross profit through proper handling, pricing integrity, and ordering.
• Maintain clean, orderly, hazard-free work areas in line with policies.
• Ensure total store compliance with laws and company policies.
• Cultivate superior customer relations and handle inquiries/ complaints.
• Oversee associate selection, orientation, training, performance appraisals, and recognition.
• Perform total store management responsibilities to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards per regulations.
• Oversee payroll processes and resolve related issues.
• Oversee fuel station operations and store presentation.
• Schedule work, train associates in receiving, storing, and stocking items.
