Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze business performance and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations with the Store Manager to drive sales and performance.
• Coach and develop associates, conduct evaluations, and support succession planning.
• Lead safety, compliance, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Support scheduling, labor planning, and inventory accuracy.
