Job summary

Oniverse is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tysons Corner, VA to support the Store Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and exceptional customer service. You will foster a positive work environment, demonstrate Oniverse’s values, and lead the team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities include staff training, inventory management, visual merchandising, and daily store performance reporting, with opportunities for career development within the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail industry and customer service.
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Eligibility to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
• Lead and coach store team to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee daily store operations and compliance with policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and corporate teams on improvements.
