Job summary

Oniverse is seeking a Sales Lead at our Tysons Corner, VA store to deliver exceptional client service and drive fashion sales. You will mentor teammates, convert walk-ins, and promote brand loyalty by sharing fashion insights and providing professional service.

The role reports to the Boutique Manager and emphasizes brand values, teamwork, and open-mindedness while maintaining store standards and guest experience across busy hours.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service in retail preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
