Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals with all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execution of operations.
• Lead floorset direction to optimize the business and bring product stories to life.
• Perform opening/closing routines including deposits and shipments.
