As a key leader, you will coach the team, manage staffing, and uphold brand standards to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and store performance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Brand: Guide daily goals and activities to deliver a superior client experience and drive sales KPIs.
• People: Recruit, train and develop associates; coach and counsel; foster inclusion.
• Operations: Ensure execution of store processes, inventory control, and Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe environment and protect assets via proper procedures.
