Job summary

Pacsun in Gilbert, AZ seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven store. You will help motivate the team, ensure policies are followed, and drive profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will act as floor supervisor during peak and non-peak periods, coach associates, maintain visual standards, manage merchandise flow, and uphold safety.
