Pacsun in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a customer-focused, top-line sales driven team in a busy store environment. You will help execute policies, motivate staff, and maintain visual standards while delivering an engaging experience for every shopper.

The role is part-time (20–40 hours/week) with flexible scheduling; strong communication and math skills are essential along with a passion for fashion, trends, and brands.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong communications skills
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills

Responsibilities

• Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times with an engaging customer experience
• Handles customer situations per policy and escalates as needed
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized store and stockroom
• Coaches and provides feedback to Sales Associates
• Supports associate engagement and recognizes outstanding performance
• Drives store operational efficiency and merchandise flow
