Rural King is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience in Ohio. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, oversee merchandising, inventory, and safety, while coaching a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze business performance and drive operational improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, retail technology, POS systems, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and a 50-hour workweek based on business needs.
• Must meet federal requirements to qualify for a Federal Firearms License (FFL), when applicable.
