Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team in Stockbridge, GA. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, coach and develop staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store profitability across jewelry, electronics, tools, and more.

This role offers $17–$20/hour plus commission up to 8%, bonuses, earned wage access, employee discounts, and a flexible schedule with most locations open 9AM–6PM; Sundays often closed.

Qualifications

• Leadership, coaching and customer service experience required.
• Experience developing team members and maintaining standards.
• Flexible retail schedule; weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive sales, profitability and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and asset protection.
