FirstCash, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Georgia. The role pairs an hourly wage with commission based on productivity and a bonus tied to store performance. You will lead day-to-day operations, develop staff, recruit, and enhance customer relations.

Responsibilities include cash handling, asset protection, training, merchandising, and achieving financial goals. The position requires a flexible retail schedule, evenings/weekends, and a 40+ hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner and address issues promptly.
• Train Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open and close the store and protect assets.
• Maintain asset protection through inventory controls and procedures.
• Administer store processes including inventory, loans, merchandising, and reporting.
• Review store financials and drive profitability.
