• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee brand standards and drive KPI-focused sales and customer loyalty.
• Lead, train and develop store associates; recruit when needed.
• Support digital strategies and Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Manage inventory, payroll hours, schedules, opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain loss prevention and safety, protect assets and shrink control.
