Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to mentor others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store performance by managing sales, expenses, and key operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, receiving).
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role-model a positive environment.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store layout improvements.
