Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead and develop a large team.

• Proficiency in store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; provide training and mentorship.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects and store changes; support succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention programs.
