Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership as an Assistant or Store Manager.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.

Responsibilities

Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving, with focus on shrink reduction.
Recruit and develop Associates; provide training and mentorship to ensure positive experiences for staff and customers.
Communicate action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout and efficiency.
