Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Amarillo, TX. You will be the heart of the store operations, leading staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring daily performance meets targets. You will manage scheduling, opening/closing duties, cash handling, inventory, and merchandising while training team members to uphold brand standards.

You will foster a positive, inclusive environment, drive sales, and ensure a premier shopping experience for fans and customers alike.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication.
Ability to work unsupervised and manage staff on duty.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage store staff scheduling and adherence to policies.
Lead customer experience by delivering high-quality service and resolving issues.
Open and close the store, handle cash and audits.
Maintain inventory, pricing, and product presentation across the floor.
Assist in training and developing store personnel onboard and in ongoing programs.
Support merchandising, VM standards, and store housekeeping.
