Lids, a leading licensed sports retailer, seeks an Assistant Store Manager in San Antonio, TX to lead store operations, coach the team, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will act as manager on duty, oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards.

You will drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, handle cash, and ensure a clean, engaging store environment while representing the Lids brand with professionalism and enthusiasm for fan culture.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Lead and train store personnel, manage compliance with policies and procedures.
