Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Olive Branch, MS to lead a team, ensure safe and timely service, and deliver a superior customer experience. You will coach a 4–5 technician team, manage tire and wheel inventory, and promote from within as you guide daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace for the store and tone for the team.
• Lead a daily huddle, assign bays, and manage workflow to ensure safe, timely service.
• Coach and mentor a team of technicians (4–5 people).
• Manage inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Explain options clearly to customers and get them back on the road confidently.
