Job summary

Save-A-Lot, Ltd. is seeking a store leader to coach and develop the team at Store 21715 in Columbus, OH. You will oversee daily operations, assist the manager with scheduling, and lead the store in the manager’s absence while ensuring a safe, efficient and customer-friendly environment.

The role emphasizes training, disciplinary support, and maintaining sales, inventory and quality standards in a fast-paced, grocery retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and development to store team members.
• Create a safe and positive store environment for team members and customers.
• Assist store manager with weekly scheduling.
• Lead store in manager’s absence (opening/closing).
• Perform or coordinate building maintenance and ensure safety standards.
• Train, coach and develop team members and support disciplinary actions.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Ensure store operations meet company standards and maximize sales.
