• Experienced Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Analytical skills to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
