The ideal candidate has 3+ years of retail management, strong leadership and coaching skills, and a commitment to brand standards. 40-hour work weeks incl. weekends; benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail Management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.

• Maintains store visuals and merchandising standards; supports product launches.
• Oversees operations, loss prevention, and adherence to policies.
