Responsibilities

• Support Store Operations & Client Experience. Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability.
• Inspire & empower teams. Lead with coaching to exceed goals and foster growth and accountability.
• Recruit & onboard top talent. Attract, hire, and integrate diverse staff aligned with Sephora values.
• Champion continuous learning. Deliver real-time coaching, actionable feedback, and ongoing support for associates.
• Drive performance through feedback. Conduct meaningful appraisals and mentor team members.
• Elevate client satisfaction. Deliver outstanding service and engage loyalty programs and personalized experiences.
• Ensure operational excellence. Maintain a visually appealing store environment and adhere to brand standards.
• Optimize resources & drive growth. Manage inventory and staffing to adapt to changing priorities.
