Sephora is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to energize the team, elevate client experiences, and lead daily store operations at 305 W. FM 1382 Suite 701, Cedar Hill, TX. You’ll coach staff, drive sales, and ensure Sephora’s standards are upheld in a dynamic retail environment.

You will recruit top talent, deliver real-time feedback, and empower associates to grow. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on creating an inclusive, high-performing store culture.

Formación

• Experience as retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume stores.
• Strong leadership to coach, inspire and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for coaching, feedback and staff development.
• Client-centric approach balancing service and operational priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support Store Operations and Client Experience; collaborate with Store Manager.
• Lead and develop the team; drive sales and profitability in a fast-paced store.
• Recruit, hire and onboard new talent with diversity and inclusion in mind.
• Provide ongoing coaching and real-time feedback to associates.
• Deliver outstanding client service and drive loyalty program engagement.
• Maintain visual standards and store compliance with brand guidelines.
• Optimize inventory and staffing to meet changing business needs.
