You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent while maintaining Sephora’s standards and a welcoming, inclusive culture. On-site role with availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop top talent to drive results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across teams and clients.
