Sephora McAllen is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, inspire exceptional client service, and drive sales in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to optimize operations, recruit and develop talent, coach associates, and uphold Sephora standards in store appearance and processes.

This full-time, on-site role requires availability evenings and weekends, with a base salary range of $66,200 to $81,050 and eligibility for bonuses.
