You will influence store performance, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment across shifts. As part of our Management team, you will manage staffing, training, and operational standards while partnering with leadership to execute company initiatives and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years retail leadership preferred.
• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with track record of meeting sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
