The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Sacramento area store. This role supports the Store Manager with daily operations, drives sales initiatives, ensures excellent customer service, and maintains merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of retail experience, strong leadership, and a customer-focused mindset. Must be able to work flexible hours and lift heavy items as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• The candidate has 1–3 years of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail management or outside sales preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Paint, coatings, or related product knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations and team performance.
• Assist with training, scheduling, coaching, and supervising store team members.
• Serve as acting manager when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns while supporting sales goals.
• Help execute sales initiatives and achieve store performance targets.
• Support inventory management, product replenishment, receiving, and counts.
• Maintain merchandising standards and proper product displays.
• Assist with cash handling, register operations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
