Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail store experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Paint or coatings knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with daily store operations and workflow.
• Train, schedule, coach, and supervise store team members.
• Serve as acting manager when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support sales goals.
• Help execute sales initiatives and store performance targets.
• Support inventory management and merchandising standards.
• Assist with cash handling, reporting, and safety compliance.
